Partial reconsideration of dismissal Order in Converium stock suit
In a January 8 post to this blog, we described the partial dismissal of claims in a putative class action alleging that the defendants hid from investors that Converium's loss reserves were hundreds of millions of dollars less than they should have been. The District Court has granted a motion for reconsideration of some aspects of the dismissal of the Securities Exchange Act section 10(b) claim.
